Frances has successfully managed laboratories in the freestanding ER, physician-led clinic, critical access hospital and 300+ bed hospital environments. More amazingly, she has transformed failed and failing laboratories into compliant, independently sustaining laboratories. Even with 16 years of diverse technical experience, she continues to grow her skills in leadership, lean operations and data analytics.
